4. Session Bookings and Payments

4.1 Making a booking

Sessions may be booked by submitting an enquiry through our contact form. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Thvoidcraft and, where applicable, payment of the applicable session fee.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed on the website at the time of enquiry apply. Thvoidcraft reserves the right to update pricing at any time; any change will not affect bookings already confirmed in writing.

4.3 Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Thvoidcraft may require full or partial payment in advance of a session.

4.4 Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any prepaid session fee. Thvoidcraft will use reasonable effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time when a cancellation is requested by us.

5. Participant Responsibilities

To make the most of each session and to ensure smooth service delivery, participants agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information during sessions when requested
• Engage with session materials and preparation notes shared in advance
• Understand that the quality of session outputs depends substantially on the accuracy of information provided
• Use session documents and materials for personal financial education purposes only

6. Confidentiality

Thvoidcraft treats all personal and financial information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose session content to any third party without your consent, except where required by Thai law or a court of competent jurisdiction.

In return, participants agree not to share session materials attributed to Thvoidcraft in any public channel, media, or competing educational context without our prior written consent.
